Lee is both Primtacs longest serving member and most successful recruiter, holding the Top Biller Accolade since 2022. As the Associate Director, Lee is in charge of company strategy, growth and profitability, however he continues to be an integral part of the recruitment team. Lee specializes in temp contracts across the Warehousing and Logistics industries. He took the jump into Recruitment in 2019, obtaining his NRF Certification in the same year. After a successful first 17 months in Hospitality Recruitment, he joined us here at Primtac Personnel, bringing an extremely high level of candidate and client management to his desk. Lee has an identical twin brother, which he promises he hasn’t ever used to his advantage…we think.

Conor is a true all-rounder who began his career in recruitment after college before moving abroad. His eclectic background in Sales, Education & Healthcare has helped hone his Client & Customer skills and become an excellent 360 Recruiter. He is an invaluable asset, who brings undeniable enthusiasm, optimism and positivity to the workforce and everyone he encounters. He has established strong relationships in the Construction market through delivering consistency and professionalism with his clients. Time spent in Brazil, along with his fluent Portuguese skills has resulted in Conor being partial teaching some of our novices how to Samba and correctly pronounce Açaí!

Colm joined the team in 2022 having served 17 years in hospitality management. After 2 years, he progressed to Recruitment Manager specializing in the Warehousing & Production industry. He now leads the Temp Recruitment Team in a fast paced dynamic environment building an extensive portfolio of clients and candidates alike. He is passionate about horse racing although all his spare time is spent coaching underage football.

Chris Gough kicked off his career in construction, where he built a solid foundation of industry knowledge. From there, he transferred into sales, mastering the art of communication and teamwork. Now, Chris has found his goal in recruitment, where he plays a pivotal role in matching top talent with winning teams. Just like in football, recruitment is all about finding the right players for the right positions, and Chris ensures every hire is a hat-trick for both clients and candidates.

Gareth joined the team in 2022 having worked in multiple sectors spanning over 20 years. He now runs a 360 temp/perm desk where truly no two days are the same. His eclectic mix of skills and experiences have positioned Gareth perfectly for the challenges of the recruitment world. If he is not in the kitchen whipping up some renowned delicacy when at home, he is usually taxiing one of his kids to an event. In his rare spare time, Gareth can be found frequenting his local gym or demonstrating to his kids why he should be playing for Man Utd.!

Seán is the go-to guy at Primtac Personnel’s construction and security temp desk since joining the team in 2024. With a background in Psychology, he’s probably already figured you out before you even say “hello”. While also keeping things light and fun, he keeps things running smoothly while making sure the temp desk is as secure as Fort Knox. Whether he’s troubleshooting a last-minute schedule change or cracking a joke to brighten your day, Seán’s blend of brains and charm makes him an invaluable part of the team.
