A well-established motor group in Sandyford is currently seeking a Warranty Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Reporting to the Warranty Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the service department by ensuring all warranty claims are processed accurately and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. This role is central to achieving both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks within the warranty department, including the review, processing, and submission of warranty claims in line with manufacturer standards.
- Work closely with the Warranty Manager and service team to ensure warranty claims are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner for both the customer and the business.
- Monitor and report on warranty claims, repairs, and associated costs across the dealer network.
- Coordinate the processing of vehicle recalls and distribute relevant information to the service team.
- Manage the submission and follow-up of goodwill requests.
- Ensure all claims are compliant with warranty agreements, company policies, and legal requirements.
- Process parts returns from the dealer network and liaise with manufacturers as needed.
- Full training on systems and manufacturer processes will be provided.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum 1–2 years’ administrative experience, ideally in a customer-facing environment (experience in the motor industry is a bonus).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in IT systems, particularly MS Office (Excel, Word).
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- An interest in the motor industry is advantageous.
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
