Our client is seeking a skilled and dependable Rigid Truck Driver to join their team, supporting the efficient delivery of catering supplies and meals in and around Dublin Airport. This is a key role for someone who values safety, punctuality, and professionalism.
Main Responsibilities:
- Transport catering supplies and meals safely between the catering facility, aircraft, and various airport locations.
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle checks before and after each shift to ensure road safety and compliance.
- Follow all road traffic and airport safety regulations at all times.
- Support loading and unloading operations when required.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with airport and airline staff.
- Complete all necessary delivery logs and paperwork with accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience driving rigid trucks, ideally within a similar or airport-based role.
- Strong awareness of road safety laws and best driving practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Confident communicator with a professional and courteous approach.
- A strong focus on safety and delivering top-quality service.
- Previous experience in secure or regulated environments is an advantage.
