Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Rigid Truck Driver to join their logistics team at Dublin Airport. This role is essential in ensuring the safe and punctual delivery of catering supplies and prepared meals within the airport environment.
Key Duties:
- Transport catering supplies between the production facility, aircraft, and various airport locations in a safe and timely manner.
- Carry out pre- and post-trip vehicle checks to ensure full compliance with safety standards.
- Follow all road traffic regulations and adhere to airport-specific safety procedures.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.
- Provide professional and courteous service while interacting with airport and airline staff.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and complete all associated paperwork efficiently.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a rigid truck driver, ideally in a similar or airport-based environment.
- Strong understanding of driving safety practices and traffic regulations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to safety and customer service.
- Experience working in secure or regulated environments is a strong advantage.
