Our client is looking for a skilled and reliable Rigid Truck Driver to join their team and help ensure the timely delivery of catering supplies to and from Dublin Airport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport catering supplies and prepared meals to and from the catering facility, aircraft, and various airport locations.
- Perform detailed pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicle readiness.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols to maintain a secure journey.
- Assist with loading and unloading catering supplies and equipment as needed.
- Foster positive, professional relationships with airport and airline staff.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and complete necessary paperwork with precision.
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid Category C truck driving license.
- At least 2 years of experience as a rigid truck driver, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations and best driving practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A commitment to safety and providing excellent customer service.
- Experience in high-security environments, such as airports, is a plus.
