We are seeking experienced and reliable Rigid Drivers to join our team. This role involves the safe and efficient delivery of products to residential and commercial customers across Ireland. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility, professionalism, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate rigid trucks for deliveries to various locations.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while adhering to all safety standards.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients.
- Collaborate with dispatchers and adhere to assigned shift patterns.
Requirements
- Driving Licence: A valid C licence is required; CE licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
- CPC Certification: Must hold a valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).
- Eligibility: Candidates must have the legal right to work in Ireland.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shift patterns, including weekends if required.
- Experience: Previous experience in rigid truck driving is preferred, especially in delivery or similar industries.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from €50,000 to €62,000 per year (depending on shift patterns).
