Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end customer service process for vehicle servicing

Greet customers and handle service bookings via phone, email, and walk-ins

Coordinate workshop scheduling for service, maintenance, and repairs
-
Keep customers updated on vehicle progress and additional work needed

Process payments and explain completed work upon vehicle collection
-
Liaise with internal teams: reception, sales, warranty, parts, and management
-
Assist in collecting customer service feedback
-
Uphold high customer service standards and brand representation
Requirements:
-
Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar motor industry role
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Familiarity with ADP/Kerridge (training available)
-
Excellent customer service and multitasking ability
-
Valid Irish driving licence
-
Fully authorised to work in Ireland
