An exciting opportunity for a very capable HR and Payroll Supervisor to join a small team which they will eventually. manage. There are a range of opportunities to develop with this company, and with its projected success in the coming decade this is an excellent time to get on board.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage HR related administration duties and tasks.
- Assisting with and managing the onboarding of new staff.
- Drafting Safety Statements, contracts, handbooks and induction documents for incoming staff
- Manage Payroll functions within the company
- Oversee holidays, overtime, sick leave, pensions and more.
- ERR reporting
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Level 7 or above in Payroll, Accounting or similar
- IT Savvy
- An eye for detail and a proven track record
- A people person with a friendly demeanour
