Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in construction, building materials, or a similar sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven approach
- Full, clean driving license
- Strong organizational and time management skills
