Key Responsibilities
- Handle both inbound and outbound sales inquiries through phone, email, and face-to-face consultations.
- Convert leads into enrollments through engaging, consultative sales conversations.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, transport providers, and employers to promote driver training solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activity, leads, and customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to enhance the overall customer journey.
Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably in automotive, or service-oriented industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Confident closer with a customer-first mindset.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and organized.
- Experience in driver training, education, or transportation-related fields is an advantage.
Salary: 32,000 – 40,000 (DOE)
