ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- 360-Degree Recruitment: Source, engage, and place candidates across various roles and industries, providing end-to-end recruitment solutions.
- Client and candidate relationship management
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, focusing on both individual and team performance.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and pitch our recruitment services to potential clients, aiming to expand our client base and reach revenue targets.
- Negotiation and Offer Management: Negotiate offers between clients and candidates, facilitating successful placements and ensuring mutual satisfaction.
