Are you friendly, organized, and professional? Our Client are looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our busy builder providers branch in Dundalk.
About the Role:
As the face of our company, you’ll be responsible for welcoming customers, handling incoming calls, and supporting daily administrative tasks to help keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage email enquiries and general correspondence
- Support sales and admin staff with day-to-day tasks
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Handle basic data entry and filing duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role (construction or trade industry experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude
Working Hours:
- Full-time position
- Monday to Saturday
- Includes a half-day midweek and half-day Saturday
