Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for key logistics customers.
- Manage the receipt, storage, picking, wrapping, quality checking, and dispatch of all goods.
- Handle fine picking for customers with specific requirements and high SKU counts.
- Complete quality control checks for incoming and outgoing goods.
- Carry out scheduled cycle counts and investigate variances.
- Utilise WMS (Warehouse Management System) to manage inbound and outbound stock.
- Communicate regularly with customers regarding stock levels and inventory management.
- Assist with sorting and organising incoming stock deliveries.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse operation.
- Attend weekly meetings to discuss volumes, objectives, and operational issues.
- Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal teams.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work towards targets.
- Solid understanding of planning, shipping, warehouse management, and inventory systems.
- Experience managing daily schedules of shipments and deliveries.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Flexible to work additional hours, including weekends and overtime, as required.
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with health and safety protocols within a warehouse environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic understanding of customs processes is an advantage.
