Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and renovations on commercial, and industrial properties in Dublin.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and in compliance with safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Work in various sectors including hotels, student accommodation, and healthcare
- Perform a wide range of tasks including painting, tiling, and second fix carpentry
- Carry out basic plumbing tasks such as changing taps and fixing broken toilets
- Provide general property maintenance and repairs as needed
- Operate as a versatile maintenance technician in the commercial and industrial sectors
- Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard with attention to safety and detail
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of general construction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
