Production Supervisor
Our client, a leading food manufacturer, is looking for an experienced and dependable Production Supervisor to join their team.
In this role, you will:
- Organize daily workflow by assigning tasks and monitoring schedules for smooth evening operations
- Oversee and support the production team, offering guidance to help meet targets and maintain high standards
Key responsibilities:
- Schedule staff and manage priorities to efficiently complete production plans
- Monitor production flow and report results to management
- Identify equipment issues and coordinate repairs to reduce downtime
- Ensure quality control and food safety standards are met
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience as a supervisor or team leader in food production
- Good knowledge of quality control and food safety
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Available for evening shifts
