Our client, a well-established food production manufacturer, is seeking an experienced and reliable Production Supervisor to join their team on the evening shift.
In this role, you will be responsible for organizing daily workflow by assigning tasks and monitoring schedules to ensure smooth production operations during the evening hours. You will oversee and support the production team, providing guidance and coaching to help meet targets and maintain high standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling personnel and managing priorities to complete production plans efficiently during the evening shift
- Monitoring process flow and reporting results to upper management
- Identifying equipment issues and coordinating timely repairs to minimize downtime
- Ensuring compliance with quality control and food safety standards throughout the production process
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a food production supervisor or team leader role
- Solid understanding of quality control and food safety practices
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
- Availability to work evening shifts
