Plumbing Sales Advisor
Our client, a well-established builders’ merchant in Ireland, is looking for a Heating and Plumbing Sales Advisor to join their Glasnevin branch. This full-time, in-person role involves providing excellent customer service and supporting sales activities related to heating and plumbing products.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on heating and plumbing products both in person and over the phone.
- Handle customer enquiries efficiently and ensure timely follow-up.
- Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure products are sourced and delivered on time.
- Work closely with external sales representatives to process quotes and orders accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty.
- Maintain good communication with suppliers.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of heating and plumbing products.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and computerized accounts systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Attention to detail and commitment to customer service.
Experience
- Preferably at least 1 year of experience in heating and plumbing sales or a related trade counter role.
- Experience in construction or building trade is beneficial.
