Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customer sites to assess and repair forklift issues
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere to all site health and safety regulations while representing Henley Group’s interests
- Maintain effective communication with the service department and managers
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and within set deadlines
