As Supervisor, you will assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations and, in their absence, take full responsibility for managing the branch. You will ensure the team meets service, sales, and quality targets within a customer-focused environment, while strictly adhering to all company policies, procedures, and Health & Safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and actively participate in vehicle work on the workshop floor.
- Achieve company and branch goals.
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
- Record all necessary details in internal systems.
- Support the Branch Manager with tasks such as audits.
- Use materials, parts, and equipment efficiently.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Follow company procedures and the operations manual.
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical and motor vehicle knowledge.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Valid driving licence required.
- Ability to work a 5/6-day roster.
