Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee and work on vehicle repairs and servicing in the workshop
- Meet branch and company performance targets
- Complete admin tasks and system updates promptly
- Support audits and other duties as needed by Branch Manager
- Use tools and materials efficiently
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and company procedures
- Maintain strong relationships with staff and customers
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in a similar role
- Full driving licence
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Solid technical knowledge of motor vehicles
- Good leadership and communication skills
