Core Responsibilities:
- Diagnose mechanical issues and efficiently repair or replace faulty parts, including both OEM and custom components
- Display strong technical ability and a hands-on approach to vehicle maintenance
- Conduct detailed vehicle checks prior to customer handover to ensure safety and quality
- Keep accurate records of work completed, including parts used and services performed
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot faults and determine the root cause of issues
- Communicate clearly with team members and, where needed, with customers
- Collaborate in a team-driven environment to maintain high service standards
- Keep work areas tidy and operate in line with health & safety protocols and company standards
- Tyre fitting experience is a bonus, but not essential
What You’ll Need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a mechanical or technician role
- A valid, full driver’s license
- Your own set of mechanical tools
- Basic familiarity with iPads/tablets for diagnostics and reporting (training provided if needed)
- Solid experience in fault detection and resolution using diagnostic equipment
