Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and actively work on motor vehicles within the workshop.
- Achieve company and branch targets.
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
- Record relevant information in internal systems.
- Support the Branch Manager with tasks such as audits when required.
- Utilize materials, parts, and tools efficiently.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Follow company guidelines and operational policies.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Essential Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of motor vehicles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Valid driving license.
- Flexibility to work a 5-6 day schedule.
