Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and actively participate in vehicle repairs and maintenance within the workshop.
- Ensure branch and company performance targets are met.
- Complete all administrative duties accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain precise records by updating internal systems with relevant information.
- Support the Branch Manager with tasks such as audits when required.
- Utilize tools, materials, and parts efficiently to minimize waste.
- Strictly follow all health and safety regulations within the workplace.
- Comply with company policies and operational procedures at all times.
- Foster strong relationships with both colleagues and customers to enhance teamwork and service quality.
- Stay informed and adhere to all company guidelines and best practices.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role.
- Solid technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of motor vehicles.
- Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration and customer interactions.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in a workshop or automotive environment.
- Possession of a valid driving license.
- Availability to work a flexible 5-6 day schedule.
