Heating & Plumbing Supervisor – Cork
Our client is seeking a Heating & Plumbing Supervisor for their Cork branch. This role is fundamental in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the Heating & Plumbing sales team. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient handling of customer needs, and maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the Heating & Plumbing sales staff
- Ensure efficient processing and follow-up of customer enquiries
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and related activities
- Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding sourcing and delivery of products
- Liaise with external sales representatives to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer quotes and orders
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, focusing on long-term loyalty
- Develop and maintain effective supplier relationships
Key Requirements
- Basic knowledge of heating and plumbing products
- Experience using Microsoft Office; familiarity with computerized accounts systems is an advantage
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
