- Supervise and support the Heating and Plumbing Sales staff
- Ensure efficient processing and follow-up of customer enquiries
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and other relevant activities
- Liaise with suppliers regarding product sourcing and delivery
- Support External Sales Representatives in processing customer quotes and orders
- Build and maintain successful relationships with customers and suppliers
You will have
- Knowledge of Heating and Plumbing Products
- Experience with Microsoft Office; knowledge of computerized accounting systems is advantageous
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
