Primtac Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading Irish paint supplier. The main responsibility of this role is to tint paints, lacquers, and mix stains according to provided recipes, production specifications, and schedules. All blending processes must be performed with a focus on minimizing waste and losses, while strictly adhering to company safety and housekeeping standards. This position is ideal for someone with experience in paint blending or painting and decorating.
Role Responsibilities:
- Blend custom paint orders accurately, following specific guidelines and due dates, including initial batch blending, shade adjustments, filling, and labelling.
- Implement the Quality Control policy in collaboration with the Facility Manager and Technical Manager.
- Assess and address critical deviations and manage major malfunctions as needed.
