Work as an essential team member in a food production environment, supporting daily operational targets and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on production lines conducting a variety of tasks including line operation, packing, and processing
- Adhere to strict food hygiene and safety protocols
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company specifications
- Clean and maintain production areas and equipment
- Feed materials onto production lines
- Follow work instructions precisely
- Conduct record checks as directed by supervisors
- Ensure efficient and safe production processes
Skills and Requirements:
- Own Transport (car)
- Previous food production or packing experience (preferred but not always essential)
- Excellent timekeeping
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Physical fitness for standing and moving during shifts
- Willingness to work flexible hours (potentially including morning, evening, and night shifts)
