Job Purpose:
Our Client is looking for a General Operative, playing a vital role in supporting daily operational activities across a warehouse environment. Help maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality while working collaboratively with your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of tasks including packing, sorting, assembly, and general production line duties
- Operate machinery or equipment as required, following safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Conduct basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Record production data and report any issues to supervisors
- Support a safe and efficient working environment at all times
Skills and Requirements:
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping
- Ability to work well within a team
- Physically fit and able to stand or move for extended periods during shifts
- Willingness to follow detailed instructions carefully
- Flexible availability, including potential morning, evening, or night shifts
- Previous experience in production, warehouse, or general operative roles is a plus but not required
