Our Client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Warehouse Team Leader to join their team in Ballyboughal, Co. Dublin. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, warehouse experience, and a proactive approach to maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Organize and oversee order picking, packing, staging, and dispatch processes.
- Load/unload trucks and accurately complete all associated paperwork.
- Perform quality checks, stock-taking, and cycle counting as required.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards in the warehouse and yard.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols at all times.
- Manage yard operations, including trailer movement and traffic management.
- Train, motivate, and monitor team performance to achieve business objectives.
Skills & Requirements:
- Transport is essential due to the location of the role.
- Counterbalance operator’s license (VNA machine experience is an advantage).
- Experience with Goods Distribution Practice (GDP) is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of computerized systems (MS Office/Excel).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment with team leadership responsibilities.
- Fluent in spoken and written English with good communication skills.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (shift 2pm until 11pm ). Flexibility and additional hours may be required.
