Our client is a leading food production manufacturer is seeking a dynamic and experienced production supervisor to join their team!
The right candidate will have the following requirements:
- Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and Monitoring schedules
- Overseeing and coaching employees
- Completing production plans by scheduling personnel, establishing priorities and reporting the results of process flow to upper management
- Calling for repairs if the operation of equipment becomes faulty or unreliable
Experienced required:
- 2 + years in a food production supervisor/team leader position
- Experience in quality control and food safety.
