- Sell new and used Mercedes-Benz cars using our structured sales process
- Provide exceptional customer service and exceed expectations
- Promote finance, insurance, and add-on products
- Build strong relationships with showroom visitors and generate new business leads
- Hit sales targets for new/used vehicles, accessories, and KPIs
- Make regular outbound calls to prospects
- Consistently follow MSL’s sales procedures
