Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and carry out vehicle repairs on the workshop floor
- Help meet branch targets and complete admin tasks on time
- Log work details using in-house systems
- Support audits and assist Branch Manager as needed
- Use parts and equipment efficiently
- Follow all health & safety and company procedures
- Maintain strong working relationships with team and customers
Requirements:
- 1+ year in a similar role with solid motor trade knowledge
- Leadership and strong communication skills
- Full driving licence
- Able to work a 5/6 day rota
