Key Responsibilities – Branch Manager Role
- Oversee daily branch activities including planning, staffing, and performance
- Ensure sales and financial targets are met
- Monitor stock control and reduce unnecessary costs
- Recruit and train staff as needed
- Conduct appraisals and give regular performance feedback
- Motivate the team and resolve any staff issues
- Promote company services to new and existing customers
- Build strong customer relationships to grow business
- Make sure all staff follow safety rules and procedures
- Lead by example in promoting a safe work environment
- Report any safety breaches to management
