Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm calls and meetings with customers.
- Arrange and manage Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) for customer projects.
- Process customer orders and handle billing to ensure accurate transactions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term business partnerships.
Requirements
- 2-3 Years experience in a similar role
- Pharma experience is beneficial
- Strong computer skills
