Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to our menu and standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create daily specials and new menu items
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a busy kitchen environment
- Culinary qualification preferred but not essential
- Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
