We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our dynamic team in Rockcorry, Monaghan. The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and report to senior management
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the construction process
- Resolve any issues or delays efficiently
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers as required
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager (3+ years preferred)
- Valid Safepass, Manual Handling Certificate & any relevant CSCS Cards
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, health & safety, and building regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
- Relevant construction qualification (degree/diploma/certificate)
