We are seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse Operative with a valid counterbalance forklift license to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations and ensuring smooth material handling processes.Key Responsibilities:
- Operate counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack, and organize goods within the warehouse.
- Receive, check, and sort incoming products, ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Assist in loading and unloading vehicles.
- Perform inventory controls and stock counts using scanners or computer systems.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Valid counterbalance forklift certification.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness to meet the demands of the job, including lifting up to 23kg.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
