Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with month-end accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage bank accounts and prepare reconciliations
- Process intercompany invoices and reconciliations
- Prepare weekly debtor reports
- Process supplier invoices with accurate coding
- Handle service plan and warranty credit notes
- Support vehicle admin, including registrations and invoicing
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries
- Generate financial reports for management
- Support ad-hoc finance projects
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years in a finance/accounting role
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Strong admin and IT skills; Keyloop DMS experience a plus
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask
- Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Motor industry experience is a bonus, not essential
