Lee is both Primtacs longest serving member and most successful recruiter, holding the Top Biller Accolade since 2022. As the Associate Director, Lee is in charge of company strategy, growth and profitability, however he continues to be an integral part of the recruitment team. Lee specializes in temp contracts across the Warehousing and Logistics industries. He took the jump into Recruitment in 2019, obtaining his NRF Certification in the same year. After a successful first 17 months in Hospitality Recruitment, he joined us here at Primtac Personnel, bringing an extremely high level of candidate and client management to his desk. Lee has an identical twin brother, which he promises he hasn’t ever used to his advantage…we think.

Conor is a true all-rounder who began his career in recruitment after college before moving abroad. His eclectic background in Sales, Education & Healthcare has helped hone his Client & Customer skills and become an excellent 360 Recruiter. He is an invaluable asset, who brings undeniable enthusiasm, optimism and positivity to the workforce and everyone he encounters. He has established strong relationships in the Construction market through delivering consistency and professionalism with his clients. Time spent in Brazil, along with his fluent Portuguese skills has resulted in Conor being partial teaching some of our novices how to Samba and correctly pronounce Açaí!

Colm joined the team in 2022 having served 17 years in hospitality management. After 2 years, he progressed to Recruitment Manager specializing in the Warehousing & Production industry. He now leads the Temp Recruitment Team in a fast paced dynamic environment building an extensive portfolio of clients and candidates alike. He is passionate about horse racing although all his spare time is spent coaching underage football.

Maryna is a part of the accounts and payroll department and one of the long-standing team members. With a rich and diverse background, she has brought a unique blend of professionalism and a strong work ethic to the company. Her journey so far illustrates her commitment to excellence and continuous growth, both professionally and personally. Addicted to travelling, she is an advanced hiker having conquered various climbs and high-altitude trails across Ireland and Europe.

Chris Gough kicked off his career in construction, where he built a solid foundation of industry knowledge. From there, he transferred into sales, mastering the art of communication and teamwork. Now, Chris has found his goal in recruitment, where he plays a pivotal role in matching top talent with winning teams. Just like in football, recruitment is all about finding the right players for the right positions, and Chris ensures every hire is a hat-trick for both clients and candidates.

Ciara Wherity is Primtac Personnel’s recruitment rockstar, with a background in hospitality that’s made her a master at reading people – whether it’s matching top talent with the perfect job or knowing exactly when you need a coffee. She brings a personal touch to every hire, and it’s no surprise she snagged the “Employee of the Year” award. Her knack for connecting with people, combined with her passion for getting it right, makes her a standout in the recruitment world. When she’s not finding the ideal candidate, she’s probably cracking a joke or bringing a little extra sunshine to the office.

Gareth joined the team in 2022 having worked in multiple sectors spanning over 20 years. He now runs a 360 temp/perm desk where truly no two days are the same. His eclectic mix of skills and experiences have positioned Gareth perfectly for the challenges of the recruitment world. If he is not in the kitchen whipping up some renowned delicacy when at home, he is usually taxiing one of his kids to an event. In his rare spare time, Gareth can be found frequenting his local gym or demonstrating to his kids why he should be playing for Man Utd.!

Dylan specializes in temp contracts across Warehousing and Logistics industries. With a robust background in construction and sales, he joined Primtac Personnel in 2024, bringing exceptional candidate and client management skills. Dylan is a real natural, and has taken to recruitment with relative ease. When not matching talent, Dylan can be found on the football pitch or golf course, delivering results with energy and precision.

Gary is a seasoned Sales professional with over 20 successful years of experience across multiple sectors. He has spent the last 2 years building an extensive and long standing network of clients and candidates in Primtac Personnel’s Security Department, where he has led the growth in this sector for the company through consistent work ethic and an extremely likeable and approachable manner. Football and Travel are Gary’s true passions. When not on the road or struggling to use AI to draft an email, Gary is more than likely in Dublin Airport about to jet off to some sunny destination, or telling someone about his previous career as a professional footballer. He knows every decent restaurant from Antrim to Ankarra, and is the office’s go-to-man for travel tips and ideas!

Seán is the go-to guy at Primtac Personnel’s construction and security temp desk since joining the team in 2024. With a background in Psychology, he’s probably already figured you out before you even say “hello”. While also keeping things light and fun, he keeps things running smoothly while making sure the temp desk is as secure as Fort Knox. Whether he’s troubleshooting a last-minute schedule change or cracking a joke to brighten your day, Seán’s blend of brains and charm makes him an invaluable part of the team.

Megan is our newest Recruitment Resourcer, having spent the last ten years working in the Events and Production industries, she brings a unique set of skills to the Primtac Team. Megan is dedicated to identifying, attracting, and shortlisting top candidates to meet our clients’ needs, ensuring seamless recruitment processes and building strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
