Maryna Sydorenko
Office Manager
Maryna joined the team as an Accounting Assistant in early 2022. Having a diverse background, she brought to the company a rich tapestry of professionalism, a posirtive mind-set and strong work ethic. She holds a B.sc. honours degree in pharmacology from UCD, which allowed her to develop a questioning attitude and critic-mindedness. Furthermore, Maryna has over 10 years experience of running a Dublin-based family business. Addicted to good food and travelling, she is an advanced hiker having conquered various climbs and high-altitude trails across Ireland and Europe.

Lee Peacock
Recruitment Manager
Lee specializes in temp contracts across the Warehousing and Logistics industries. He took the jump into Recruitment in 2019, obtaining his NRF Certification in the same year. After a very successful first 17 months in Hospitality Recruitment, he joined us here at Primtac Personnel – bringing an extremely high level of candidate and client management to his desk on a daily basis. Lee now manages our Temp Team and is always on the lookout for the next up and coming talent! Lee has an identical twin brother, which he promises he hasn’t ever used to his advantage!

Conor is a true all-rounder. His eclectic background in Sales, Education & Healthcare has helped hone his Client & Customer skills and become an excellent 360 Recruiter. He is an asset, who brings undeniable enthusiasm, optimism and positivity to the workforce and everyone he encounters. He has established strong relationships in the Engineering market through delivering consistency with his clients. Time spent in Brazil, along with his fluent Portuguese skills has resulted in Conor being partial teaching some of our novices how to Samba!

Seanann McGrath
Recruitment Manager
Seanann joined the team at Primtac Personnel in 2021. Specializing in temporary and permanent contracts across all aspects of the Supply Chain, he devotes his time to building a strong rapport with both his clients and candidates. Seanann’s 20 years of experience in Hospitality and Retail are an invaluable asset to his desk on an everyday basis and his straightforwardness is a key factor in his success. Any free time Seanann finds he spends it with his family or on long distance running in the countryside.

Paul Allen
Paul joined us in late 2019 to take over our Construction Contracts Desk. Since that time Paul has excelled in this role. His honesty and high energy approach to this role has seen him further develop this sector of our business beyond expectations. Paul currently runs a very busy construction and logistics temp desk. He is a Balbriggan native and the cornerstone of our Railway Street office, whether it’s strange anecdotes on local history or invaluable information on local wildlife. He once had a pet seagull names Stephen Segal, apparently! …

Colm Foley
Colm joined the team in 2022 having served 17 years in hospitality management. He has gained extensive skills and understanding through his years of managing in a fast paced environment and is now applying these skills to his Recruitment process. Colm specializes in the warehousing industry and has built an extensive portfolio of clients and candidates alike. He is passionate about horse racing although all his spare time is spent both coaching underage football and refereering to which he enjoys immensely.

Gareth McMahon
Gareth joined the team in 2022 having worked in the construction, logistics and advertising industries for over fifteen years. He now runs a temp logistics desk where truly no two days are the same. His eclectic mix of skills and experiences have positioned Gareth perfectly for the challenges of his desk. In his spare time Gareth can be found frequenting his local gym or demonstrating to his kids why he should be playing for Man Utd.!

Craig Keogh
Craig brings his diverse experience in Sales, Customer Service and Management to our Logistics and Warehousing Division. His skills working as
a Call Centre Agent in some of the most well-known companies in Ireland to his time as Operations Manager in one of the most Respected Vehicle Recovery companies in the country have shaped him into the professional he is today.
Craig’s attention to detail and thoroughness have enabled him to excel in his role with Primtac Personnel and we look forward to his bright future.

Anthony Murphy
Anthony is an intuitive new member to the team. His years of trainer experience in customer service and hospitality is an asset when it comes to his client and customer decorum. Anthony works hard and takes pride in his direct approach to getting things done and is always willing to take on new challenges to get the required results. Anthony’s bubbly personality, combined with his drive for results, produces a great all-round experience for his clients and candidates. Anthony has a passion for cooking and is constantly trying to broaden his culinary skills, even though he has nearly burned the house down on more than one occasion!

Jamie Duffy
Jamie is an old head on young shoulders, he comes from a sales background and has a love for adjectives that would give Seamus Heaney a run for his money. This absolutely riveting soul has added a much needed spark of youth to the tired and balding engineering team (mainly Conor). From safe passes to Sega megadrives Jamie has sold a more diverse range of products than Arnott’s on black Friday. Jamie has already proven himself a necessary asset to the Engineering Team and is demonstrating is value every day.
